Change of Mind

We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to read the product description, dimensions, materials, lead times, or care information before purchase.

Please choose carefully and contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email samvedliving@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any damage

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a suitable resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a repair, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in original condition

  • be returned in its original packaging where possible

  • not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, assembly, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions

Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Process

If you believe your order is eligible for return, please contact samvedliving@gmail.com first. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Customers must not send items back without first receiving return approval and instructions from us.

Return Shipping Costs

Where a return is approved for reasons other than a fault, damage, or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed. Please note that bank and payment processing times may vary, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, we may not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • custom-made or made-to-order items

  • final sale or clearance items

  • items that have been used, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • items returned without prior approval

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch, and only if processing or production has not already begun.

If production, sourcing, or order preparation has commenced, a cancellation fee may apply or the order may not be cancellable.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. If the issue is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
